Set goals to success in life that is the common quote among all motivation instructors around the world.The secret of success in life has been made to set goals and work on it but as a practitioner of meditation making goal to the Meditation is the biggest mistake done by most practitioners biggest reason for the failure in Meditation so here we will discuss it

Goal is the desire of mind-

When you set a goal you create a vision you create a dream you create a future a strong desire. Meditation happens when there is no future no past.Meditation happens only to those who are not result oriented.Meditation is the state when there is no goal.

Goal focus your mind power to results

When you have already set a goal than from every act you expect results.Someone said that great things happen only when you least expect them.Expectations make you restless impatient Meditation can’t happen in that state it only happens when you are in deeply relaxed state when all your inner movements cease then deep silence descends over you and you become full of love joy and happiness and that does not depend on any condition that is unconditional.

Setting of goal makes you impatience-

Men,s nature is that when he desires something now he can’t wait for he becomes impatience. Meditation is a seed after sown the seed you have to wait for sprouting the seed and come out from the earth results is not in your hand when you feel that nothing happening then something is happening internally so Meditation is a time-consuming process and having patience is necessary to succeed in Meditation.

Be consistent Be Relaxed-

Meditation is not a thing that can be added to your personality it is a transformation of yourself Meditation makes you a new, person it is a growth it is a consistent process and enjoy it totally there  are no need to be tense just relaxed in Meditation techniques  asana is not important relaxation posture  and be comfortable is must Be comfortable and relaxed is the essence of all asanas described in Patanjali yoga sutras and in Hath Yoga Pradipika.

Be playful with meditation techniques-

Most people take meditation techniques so seriously it looks as the meditation is only for the sad person and serious person who have to forget joy and happiness in your life but that is not the right way for meditation Be playful Be joyous with meditation techniques take it as you are bathing swimming and playing music.

God Prayer:Ritual,Gratitude or desiring Human pride

you get up in the morning after completing your natural needs you go to church temple gurudwara and whatever your religious place and perform your God prayer it may be your daily routine or it may be occasionally.Is it the right way of prayer.It may be a ritual of your religion but it is not the right way of prayer it is the one act of your daily list of activities.

Prayer should become the voice of your heart if you are doing prayer at the level of your mind that is not the prayer. There are two types of religion some are based on prayer and some are based on meditation.If you are mind oriented extrovert nature then meditation is your way. If you are receptive introvert emotional then prayer may be your way at the journey of adhyatm.

Prayer and meditation are different things. Their movement is in different directions. Prayer is a conversation between god and you with full of love and gratitude.Meditation is deep silence there is no conversation no talking Meditation is pure science there is no god who governs you.

 

Prayer is on right way if it changes the condition of your heart if you becomes full of love and kindness then you are full of prayer then every act of your life become the prayer of god.Prayer is the conversation with the depth of your heart.

Time of prayer-

According to many religion, morning is the best time for the prayer of god. only reason behind that is that  in morning you are fresh you are full of energy but that’s not the meaning of that after morning hours you can,t  do prayer you can do prayer at any time when you are full of love gratitude  and thanksgiving then you are full of prayer then you are in prayer.

 Place for prayer-

You go to your religious place for prayer that may be helpful to go deep in prayer because peaceful surrounding and gathering of too many at a single place creates a sphere  of energy that will be helpful to you to go in prayerful state but your religious instructor have made it ritual and spreads the rumor that only at this place you can perform your prayer. You can do prayer at any place.

Words of prayer-

All religion have their own prayer words and format of their prayer is fixed you can pray that prayer but prayer should come from your depth of your heart, not from your mind you can perform prayer during that your mind may be wandering at the marketplace.When you are full of prayer then every act of your life becomes prayer.

Why are you doing prayer-

Jesus said: Seek you first the kingdom of god, then all else shall be added unto you -you have desire only for the kingdom of god then everything you will get  but you are doing just opposite of that you desire human pride things in your prayer .you wants to fulfill your desires of money power and fame you are just like a bagger in front of god as soon as you desire anything then you have closed the door of your heart towards God.You should be thankful for which God already have given focus of your prayer not be materialistic things focus of your prayer should be God then you will get everything automatically then you will receive the grace of god and your life will change you will be full of peace love kindness and happiness and everyone who will come in your contact will feel that.

 The report of Global Consciousness Project suggests when large group of people coming from different parts of world from different culture from different religion  gathered on a single event for collective consciousness this results in  a field of energy that affect the mind of  millions people living around in the world and the waves becomes more effective when during mass meditation millions of people is focused on a single word or on a single sound or on a single object collectively during mass meditation.

when a large group of people gathered for mass meditation an atmosphere of energy create in which you can easily go to deep meditation and your energy mix with the energy of all millions of people gathered for an event of mass meditation and that sphere of energy spreads globally and transmit the message of peace joy and happiness to the whole world.

A joyous person never be violent a sad person always spreads sadness he suppresses the people around him he makes every effort to suffer the people to make them sadder than him. All groups and religious leaders who are responsible for war terrorism and communal riots are sadists their only target is to make more and more people sad through spreading the violence.

Mass meditation spreads the waves of peace joy and happiness and scientific research shows that where mass meditation held the rate of crime suicide and communal riots have been reduced substantially.If we want global peace we should arrange mass meditation events regularly at different parts of the world which can reduce the war and terrorism.So there is need to arrange mass meditation globally and trained more and more people to spread the yoga and meditation everywhere that is the only way to make the sense among people that we are one

Be aware of dreams during sleep

Sleep has very important place in our life.A man sleeps almost 8 hrs daily so something happens in our sleep without that you can’t live more in a natural way. S o you have to focus on your sleep and dreams.You have to be aware of your dreams during sleep.This is one type of mindfulness meditation technique but it is not easy to go to sleep with awareness because you are not even aware when you are in the awakening state.You are doing so many works in your day to day life without awakening in a robotic way so start with your awakening state

Be aware of body movement or do it with full mindfulness

While you are awake be aware of your body movement when you are walking in garden be aware of it do it with mindfulness when you are doing exercise in gym be aware or eating bathing whatsoever you are doing be aware or be mindful but start with that type of works which need less attention or less intellectual efforts don’t practise it while you are studying or doing your official work.Practice it with walking eating relaxing etc.

Be aware of your dreams

when you are going to sleep some thoughts are passing at your mind. You have to be aware of  that thoughts because those thoughts are pioneer of your dreams that are the starting point of  your dreams be aware of it but it in an easy way not be tensed and not excessive effort to do it otherwise you will not go to sleep try it daily before sleep and one night that will happen that dreams are going on and you are watching them like a film is going on and you are aware of it and when you will be aware of your dreams you will see that dreams are disappearing and you are in deep sleep and in the morning you will feel more energetic more enthusiastic more joyous and a hypnotic charming glow will last on your face and others will also feel it

Maharishi Patanjali compared deep sleep with SAMADHI highest state of consciousness. In deep sleep, you are in the state of SAMADHI but you have fainted at that time you are not aware if you are in deep sleep with awareness then you are in SAMADHI.You have become one with god your soul is free from all forms of bondage.

These are three states of mind.First, while you are in an awakening state that is a conscious state.When you are in sleep that is an unconscious state but aware in sleep is the third state that is a transcendental state or SAMADHI.

Yoga and meditation ultimate freedom

Religion not makes you religious person but they make you Prisoners they bring on you so many Chains of rituals and Customs that you cannot go out of that and unfortunately you proud of at that chains which make you prisoner.You are the prisoner of your religion because you can’t go out of that.They imposed so many bondage on you that you can’t think freely you are mentally hypnotized as a baby born now he is free but as he grows up they start to teach him you have to do that and do that so many walls of doing and don’t do create around him that no one may be free within it.Unfortunately, you are not aware of it that you are a prisoner because everyone is a prisoner there is no way to differentiate.How a person can be joyous? How a person can be full of love if he has so many bondage of religion and it’s preachers.you can’t go within yourself if you have so many forms of bondage on your mind on your soul.It may be held only when your mind your soul your thoughts are free of this religious bondage .You have to go inside yourself  there are no other way when you will go inside yourself then you will become free from all forms of bandages then you can think freely a mind power will arise a thought power will arise within yourself but  that is possible only by meditation yoga and bhakti that is the only way of freedom and the supreme power bring humanity to the religious path.

The power of imagination

Imagination when you hear that word you think it is a futile thing but in Tantra,s meditation techniques imagination has a very important place according to devotees of tantra imagination may be converted into the reality that is possible by practice of tantra,s meditation techniques.You have the power which can convert imagination into reality by imagination you can develop your mind power and only by imagination you can deteriorate it so imagination is very powerful which can make you successful in every field of life.

How to convert imagination into reality-

First, understand what is imagination. Imagination is not a thought but imagination is to go deep inside with some vision and you have to feel it not a single thought should come in your mind that it is an imagination deeply believe that it is a reality.

Tibetan lama practices a method of yoga called it Heat Yoga in cold wave snow is falling  Tibetan lama stands with naked body in open area and temperature is -10-degree celsius and he imagine that his body is beam of fire and sweat is coming out from his body and you will see sweat is coming out imagination has been converted into reality sweat is real but by-product of imagination only you need to harmonise with imagination and with yourself. In tantra, there are so many methods based on imagination will power and mindfulness that will discuss later

Egolessness is key to connect superpower

Everyone at the earth is living with an ego to be egoistic it is not necessary to have an unlimited wealth or higher post or beautiful figure if one which is not having any of these may be more egoistic than who have all these.

The Egolessness is the state when you have not your existence physically you are there but mentally you lose your identity that is the state of egolessness and in your life when you feel some moment of joy or ecstasy is due to you have not any ego at that moment.

Ego is hurdle in expansion of yourself-

An egoistic person can not connect with people deeply two people can connect only when there is not any ego love only happen when you are egoless with ego you can make the relationship but there will be no love.

Ego is hurdle between god and yourself-

God is ready to meet with you the only ego is a wall between you and god as you become egoless you become one with god now you are not only god is present there all meditation techniques all yogas all mindfulness techniques are trying to make you egoless.

Timelessness egolessness and thoughtlessness when these three states come together in your life then you are the state of eternal joy and happiness then you are in the state of super-consciousness in the of samadhi which is the highest state of yoga then soul and god become one then no one can disturb your peace your happiness your joy.
