Light Meditation with deep Breathing

You can do this meditation any time and it needs no posture but you have to do this at least twice in 24 hrs.You have to start early in the morning as you get out of bed is the best time for any meditation because when you are coming out of sleep you are fresh you are full of energy that is the only reason all religious prayers and rituals performed early in the morning there are very probability to go deep within yourself so the best time to start is the early morning tide just when you are at the midpoint of sleep and awake
IMAGINE LIGHT ENTERING ENTERING INTO YOUR HEAD WITH INHALING
Lie down on your back as you are lying down in your bed, keep your eyes closed.When you inhale, just imagine light entering from your head into your body and you have to feel it with full sensitivity only thought of light is not sufficient you have to feel it as within light a new energy is entering into your body with a deep breath imagine that light is entering from head and going towards feet and your whole body has become the beam of light.
IMAGINE DARKNESS IS ENTERING TROUGH YOUR FEET WITH EXHALING
When you exhaling imagine another thing darkness entering through your feet and coming up and going to the head with deep breathing you have to visualise that and you have to feel it with full sensitivity that your body has to be come the part of darkness and inhale slowly and you will found that you have gone in deep relaxed with darkness your body easily goes to deep relaxed that is the reason in night in darkness you easily go to sleep.
Repeat it inhaling with light come into your body through your head and going to the feet and it will cleanse your body and it will make it full of energy full of mind power full of joy and happiness and you will be got eternal peace with the imagination of darkness with exhaling.
Do it for minimum 20 minutes early in the morning and the second when you have time but the best time is in the night just before going to sleep.
Lie down in the bed and just be relaxed and start this meditation technique and probability is there you fall asleep doing it, that is the best it will go on your subconscious mind and there will be amazing effect of this meditation on your mind and body

Vipassana meditation mindfulness breathing technique

Vipassana meditation is most easy but very powerful meditation technique.First, we understand means of word vipassana it means just seeing or look it is the essence of all meditation techniques and so easy that anyone can do it successfully within a short span of time. Breath and awareness are two main part of this guided meditation technique it looks so simple and easy but its consequences are very amazing this is most practiced meditation technique globally in Asia as well as European countries.

vipassana can be done in two ways you can choose it which one is better for you

Awareness of your physical acts

The essence of the first technique of it is awareness act is not important but do your act with awareness if you are walking in the garden be aware of it if you are exercising in gym be aware of it.Move your neck you should move with awareness you can move it unconsciously generally we do many acts without awareness

Be aware of the every physical movement of your body while it is dancing walking talking or eating but start practicing this technique which needs less intellectual efforts than it will be easy for you to be aware of it. Just be aware but it should go on consciously.

After be aware of your body movements now you have to do same about your minds thought arises in your mind be aware of it then  your mind will become thoughtless and mind power and true wisdom will generate that will become you egoless and you will achieve eternal peace joy and happiness

Awareness of breathing

Now you have to be aware of breathing. As the breath goes in  and breath goes out your stomach moves to out and in so you have to be aware of its rising and falling so you have to be aware of stomach movements if your mind distract no need to worry again shift your attention to stomach movements do it for 30 minutes sit in comfortable posture but your back and neck should be straight and be breathing from stomach will  make you more relaxed and  energetic practice it for 90 days and you will feel amazing result of it on your body and thoughts
