Egolessness is key to connect superpower

Everyone at the earth is living with an ego to be egoistic it is not necessary to have an unlimited wealth or higher post or beautiful figure if one which is not having any of these may be more egoistic than who have all these.

The Egolessness is the state when you have not your existence physically you are there but mentally you lose your identity that is the state of egolessness and in your life when you feel some moment of joy or ecstasy is due to you have not any ego at that moment.

Ego is hurdle in expansion of yourself-

An egoistic person can not connect with people deeply two people can connect only when there is not any ego love only happen when you are egoless with ego you can make the relationship but there will be no love.

Ego is hurdle between god and yourself-

God is ready to meet with you the only ego is a wall between you and god as you become egoless you become one with god now you are not only god is present there all meditation techniques all yogas all mindfulness techniques are trying to make you egoless.

Timelessness egolessness and thoughtlessness when these three states come together in your life then you are the state of eternal joy and happiness then you are in the state of super-consciousness in the of samadhi which is the highest state of yoga then soul and god become one then no one can disturb your peace your happiness your joy.

Meditation techniques essence is witnessing of mind

Ultimate target of all meditation techniques is witnessing of mind.Now question arises if just witnessing or just awareness is our goal than what is the need of these meditation techniques.

Just witnessing seems so easy but in practice it not so easy because your mind accustomed to this state of unconscious.You are not completely in waking state.

Just witnessing is not doing but you understand only language of doing so you have to start with meditation technique and choose meditation technique wisely because every man has different Nature on that perspective so many techniques developed one technique can work for me but that can’t work for you due to the different Nature of you and me.

       All meditation techniques drive you to the state of just witnessing but         you   can start it right now there are no need to        start with meditation technique.Every day to day work of your life may become your meditation technique.Suppose you are walking in garden just be witness of it or you are eating just be witness of it.If you can do this than your life will be transformed now you are not the slave of your mind your thoughts now you are the master of your mind your thoughts your feelings.just witness looks like so simple but its consequences are extremely powerful just witnessing is like a light when there are light in the room there will be no darkness so light and darkness can’t be remain together.All negative thoughts and emotions like hate anger and attachment will disrupt from your life then mind power will arise than true wisdom will arise unconditional love and grace will flow from you and you will get eternal peace joy and happiness.

Kundalini has described in ancient Indian mythology as Serpent form of energy it remains in dormant position at Mula Dhar chakra of our body which is the lowest chakra of our body located just above the anus.Kundalini energy resides there in dormant from.By practicing KUNDALINI Meditation it can be awakened. Kundalini awakening is said to be very dangerous but that is not true most believe it takes too many years to master that some mental and physical achievement in the early state of practice.

There are seven chakras in our body which relate to different organs of our body. When Kundalini energy moves upward through these chakras of our body it purifies these chakras and related organs.It heals our body totally and helps in mindfulness.

Let’s learn the technique of KUNDALINI Meditation

It consists of four stages of 10 minutes.After prolonged practice duration may be increased 15 to minutes.

First stage

Sit in a comfortable posture close your eyes throw your breath with the full force out by mouth and inhale through the nose. You have to focus on exhaling breath will come automatically do that repeatedly for 10 minutes if you fail hard to continue is top for 1 or 2 minutes and start again it is one type of Pranayama in that process of breathing energy which lies at Mula Dhar Chakra arouse

and start to move upward

Second stage -10 minutes

Move the whole body as it wishes but it should be effortlessly you have to do nothing you just have to be aware whatever is happening to shake the body without the efforts.

Third stage -10 minutes

Sit in a comfortable posture close your eyes and you will feel some sensation in your body you just have to be witness of that with stoical mind with neutral emotions seat silently

Fourth stage-10 minutes

Sit or lie down in relaxed posture there should be no strain in any part of the body enjoy it.

Gaureeshanker meditation for peace and joy

There are four steps in this technique of meditation each step is of 15 minutes During first three steps there should be soft music with low volume.  

  First step.

Sit in a comfortable posture cross your legs and your back should be straight.In first step practise breathing exercise called BHASTRIKA PRANAYAM.Inhale through nose and fill your lungs with full capacity and exhale trough mouth do that for 15 minutes.

SECOND STEP

Lit a candle or bulb with blue light and look at that without blinking your eyes if you feel severe pain in your eyes you can close your eyes for few moments but after some practice you will be able to look continuously at light for 15 minutes

THIRD STEP

Close your eyes and you will see same light is sparkling inside you and you will see that with close eyes after some time colour of light will change and intensity of light will increase.

FOURTH STEP

Close your eyes and lying down or as you wish and feel the flow of energy this will take to your energy to higher consciousness.
