Ultimate target of all meditation techniques is witnessing of mind.Now question arises if just witnessing or just awareness is our goal than what is the need of these meditation techniques.

Just witnessing seems so easy but in practice it not so easy because your mind accustomed to this state of unconscious.You are not completely in waking state.

Just witnessing is not doing but you understand only language of doing so you have to start with meditation technique and choose meditation technique wisely because every man has different Nature on that perspective so many techniques developed one technique can work for me but that can’t work for you due to the different Nature of you and me.

       All meditation techniques drive you to the state of just witnessing but         you   can start it right now there are no need to        start with meditation technique.Every day to day work of your life may become your meditation technique.Suppose you are walking in garden just be witness of it or you are eating just be witness of it.If you can do this than your life will be transformed now you are not the slave of your mind your thoughts now you are the master of your mind your thoughts your feelings.just witness looks like so simple but its consequences are extremely powerful just witnessing is like a light when there are light in the room there will be no darkness so light and darkness can’t be remain together.All negative thoughts and emotions like hate anger and attachment will disrupt from your life then mind power will arise than true wisdom will arise unconditional love and grace will flow from you and you will get eternal peace joy and happiness.

How to improve concentration

First understand what is concentration our mental energy is generally flowing towards many thoughts and many emotions on every thought and emotions you reduce your mental energy because with thought and emotions .you waste your mental energy behind every thought and emotions and you are doing that continuously. So many thoughts are flowing in your mind and you are not aware about it.

You also waste your energy by different organs of your body remember when you travel buy car and you are sitting just behind the back seat of your car you are doing nothing after some hour of travelling you feel very tired that is because continuously watching outside the car.Your energy is flowing outside by your eyes on different objects and thomughts about it so you feel tired

There are several methods to develop your concentration but here we will discuss simple way to develop your concentration memory and mind power because all these correlate and keys of success in business politics and in social and spiritual life for these things you have to develop your concentration

Breathing technique

Your mind and breath are related to each other . Suppose when you are in worry and anger your breath automatically become fast or by horrible thoughts your breath become very fast so by controlling your breath you can control your mind your thoughts and your emotions and concentrate bin better way to your study or in your business.So for this you have to practice breathing exercise in indian yoga science that is called pranayama

Just sit in quite place and be in comfortable posture and inhale deeply and retain breath inside for few seconds and than exhale and retain breath outside for few seconds.Duration of retaining the breath should be in your comfort zone.During practice of this breathing exercise be witness of your thoughts not try to stop them and not feel guilty about any thought you just have to watch them as a spectator you can practice that for 15 to 20 minutes daily after some time of practice you will feel amazing effects of that
